Now on iTunes and Libsyn – Alex Fuckin’ Lifeson!

Bubbles offers Alex Lifeson a spot in his band

Alex Lifeson is in the house!  Er, the guitar factory!  The legendary Rush guitarist joins the Boys at the Gibson Guitar Factory in Memphis on the latest episode of the Trailer Park Boys Podcast, now available for fucking free in audio form on iTunes and Libsyn!

Alex chats with the Boys about his completely fucked acceptance speech at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the craziest stunts he pulled on the road, and who he thinks is the sexiest member of Rush.  We also get a look at his signature Gibson guitar, which is DECENT to say the least!

Now that Rush has stopped doing the massive live tours, Bubbles wonders if Alex would be up for becoming a Shitrocker.  Lucky for him, Alex is still working on new material, and he debuts it, right here on the fuckin’ podcash!

PLUS: Are Ricky, Julian, Bubbles, and Alex eating jerky… or… did Ricky just slip them a bunch of mushrooms and assorted Memphis drugs?!

New on swearnet.com – Blah, Blah, Blah, It’s Alex Lifeson!

The Boys chat with Alex Lifeson in front of a wall of guitars

What do you get when you combine Memphis, Gibson Guitars, and Alex Lifeson?  The greatest fucking episode of the Trailer Park Boys Podcast, that’s what!

On this week’s podcash, legendary Rush guitarist Alex Lifeson sits down with the Boys in the Gibson Guitar Factory in Memphis, Tennessee!  Ricky and Alex seem to have made up since the unfortunate incident that took place when Ricky borrowed/abducted Alex back when Rush was playing a gig in Halifax.

The Boys chat with Alex about his signature Gibson Les Paul guitar, and ask him what life is like now that Rush has stopped touring (including an open invitation to serve as the lead guitarist for Bubbles and the Shitrockers).  They also discuss Alex’s totally fucked acceptance speech at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, funny stories from the road, and Alex’s many multi-lingual guitars.  We even get a taste of some new material he’s working on, though it’s most likely just the fucked up ramblings of a man totally fucked on secret mushrooms from Ricky.

PLUS: Find out Alex’s preferred method of cooking goat.

New on swearnet.com – Plane Crashes and Penises

Ricky celebrates a Sunnyvale Jeopardy victory

The Boys are so fucking baked for the latest installment of the Trailer Park Boys Podcast that they seem to have time travelled because they think it’s episode 80, when it’s actually just 79.

This very stoned podcash episode features several uncontrollable laughing fits, which Ricky claims can be fixed by smashing something.  As it’s the anniversary of “The Day the Music Died,” the Boys reminisce on the plane crash that took the lives of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and the Big Bopper (which Julian correctly points out, is a fucking downer of a topic to discuss while high).  The discussion gets even more fucked when we learn that Ricky completely made up his own back story to Don McLean’s American Pie, which Ricky assumed was a collaboration between Ron MacLean and Don Cherry of CBC’s Hockey Night in Canada.

The Boys also chat about the biggest cock in the world, eyeball licking, and dirty Japanese underwear, among other fucky topics.

PLUS: The Boys dust off the buzzers for a quick game of Sunnyvale Jeopardy!

Episode 79 is sponsored by the official Trailer Park Boys Merch Store!
